One person dead after Hilton Head crash involving semi-truck
BEAUFORT COUNTY, S.C. (WTOC) - South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly crash in Beaufort County involving a semi truck and pedestrian.
Troopers say the crash happened at the Harris Teeter on Main Street on Hilton Head Island.
Investigators say around 2:45 p.m. this afternoon a semi truck hit a pedestrian in the store parking lot.
The pedestrian died at the scene.
