The NRA 2A Day event ran from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Nine Line Apparel, 450 Fort Argyle Road in Savannah.

“We 100% believe in responsible gun ownership and that it all takes common sense laws. And that when it comes to the second amendment, there’s no one like us that’s gonna defend, promote, and protect your fundamental, constitutional rights,” said Amir Sports.

National tour

The tour began Aug. 26 and is making 63 stops in 13 states, according to the NRA. The organization said the tour is part of an effort to ensure the U.S. House and Senate retain a pro-Second Amendment majority while also supporting pro-Second Amendment candidates in state and local races.

Next stop

The tour’s next stop will be Saturday at the University of Georgia vs. Auburn tailgate at Dooley Field at Sanford Stadium in Athens. The event runs all day.
