New Liberty County EMS headquarters opens in Hinesville

HINESVILLE, Ga. (WTOC) - Liberty County will celebrate the opening of its new Emergency Medical Services Administration Building with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday.

The approximately 5,500-square-foot facility is located at 476 South Main Street in Hinesville. It will serve as the administrative headquarters for Liberty County EMS.

County officials say the building includes administrative offices, training space and support areas for EMS personnel. The facility is designed to improve operational efficiency and strengthen the department’s emergency response capabilities.

The project represents an ongoing investment in Liberty County’s public safety infrastructure and is expected to support the department as it serves residents and visitors.

Members of the Liberty County Board of Commissioners, Liberty County EMS, community leaders and Liberty County Chamber of Commerce ambassadors are expected to attend. The ceremony is also open to the public.

The ribbon cutting begins at 9 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 3.
