Mediation Center of the Coastal Empire offers session focusing on stress management, team building Tuesday
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - The Mediation Center of the Coastal Empire is offering a virtual training Tuesday to help people manage stress and build stronger teams.
The session is called REALM, short for Resilience Enhancement and Leadership Model.
It takes place online Tuesday, Oct. 6, from 9 a.m. to noon.
Participants will learn practical strategies to strengthen personal resilience, improve relationships and support healthier workplaces.
The training is part of the center’s fall series on resilience and trauma-informed practices.
