Man dead after shooting in the 1800 block of E. Victory Dr., person of interest detained
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - One man is dead after a shooting in the 1800 block of E. Victory Drive.
Savannah Police confirmed they responded to the 1800 block of E. Victory Dr. after hearing gunshots. Police said one man died on the scene.
The victim was later identified by the Chatham County coroner’s office as 21-year-old Nejeh Williams.
Officers have detained a person of interest and said they recovered a firearm.
