Hinesville PD gives update on Irene Thomas Park shooting
HINESVILLE, Ga. (WTOC) - A person of interest is in custody in reference to the shooting investigation at Irene Thomas Park, said Hinesville Police.
Police clarified that the person of interest is in custody on unrelated charges.
HPD said the investigation remains active and ongoing, detectives are still to following leads and gathering evidence related to the incident.
