Heavy police presence seen outside Savannah home as officers serve warrant

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - A heavy law enforcement presence is outside a Savannah home on Chester St.

The Savannah Police Department confirmed their officers are serving a warrant at the home. It is currently unknown what the warrant is for.

WTOC crews saw Savannah Police and SWAT vehicles on scene. An officer was heard on a bullhorn instruction a resident to come out with their hands behind their head.

Parts of Chester Street are currently blocked off.
