Flau’jae Johnson to host fourth annual back-to-school giveaway in Savannah

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Savannah families can prepare for the new school year during Flau’jae Johnson’s fourth annual Back to School Giveback.

The event, presented by More to 4 and The Flau’jae Johnson Foundation, will be held Sunday, July 26, from 2 to 5 p.m. at Enmarket Arena.

Families can receive free book bags, school supplies, uniforms and shoes. Free haircuts and braiding will also be available.

The event will include music, food, bounce houses, face painting and a meet-and-greet with Johnson.

Registration is required, and families must reserve a separate giveaway ticket for each child attending. Children must be present and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Organizers said supplies and services will be available while quantities and appointments last.

Registration does not guarantee a particular item, service or clothing size.
