Deputy involved in crash on Speed Limit Road in Nixville area
NIXVILLE, S.C. (WTOC) - A Hampton County Sheriff’s Office deputy and another motorist were involved in a collision Saturday evening on Speed Limit Road in the Nixville area.
The crash occurred at approximately 7:15 p.m. Both individuals were transported for medical treatment.
South Carolina Highway Patrol is on the scene and is conducting the investigation.
The area near Devie Lane and Speed Limit Road is closed to traffic. Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area while emergency personnel manage the scene.
