High pressure will be the main weather this week as a cold front remains stationary just to our west. This will allow temps to heat up well above average through Friday. First Alert WX Days continue as highs reach the upper 90s to some low 100s each day. Heat index values up to 110 possible today. Afternoon rain chances will be low today and Thursday. Rain chances increase Friday afternoon into the weekend. Temps will depend on when rain/storms begin in the afternoon. We return to near normal temps this weekend with highs in the low to mid 90s and a chance for afternoon-evening showers and storms especially Saturday. Rain chances decrease Sunday and Monday with highs in the mid 90s.

Today will be mostly sunny with a 10% chance for showers and storms, highs near 100. Heat index values up to 109.

Wednesday night will be mostly clear with a 10% chance for showers and storms early, lows in the mid 70s.

Thursday will be mostly sunny with a 10% chance for showers and storms early, highs in the upper 90s. Heat index values up to 112.
