Coastal Empire Habitat for Humanity announces 2026 Hard Hat Heroes, kickoff event
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Coastal Empire Habitat for Humanity will host a kickoff celebration Monday for its 2026 Hard Hat Heroes Campaign.
The event is scheduled for 6 p.m. at the Coastal Empire Habitat ReStore at 701 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in Savannah.
The annual campaign pairs community leaders with fundraising goals to support affordable housing initiatives across Chatham, Bryan and Liberty counties.
“Access to safe, stable, and affordable shelter transforms lives, families, and whole neighborhoods,” said Zerik Samples, CEO of Coastal Empire Habitat for Humanity.
This year’s participants include:
- Aldreka Campbell, owner of Essential Me Aesthetics and Wellness
- Rob Brannen, partner at Bouhan Falligant
- Dr. Alfred McGuire, principal at Woodville-Tompkins High School
- Harry Rosen, owner of Harry Rosen Realty
- Joseph Holman, entrepreneur
- Teia Acker-Moore, founder of Resilient Magazine
- Theeo Zamora, general sales manager for J.C. Lewis Ford
- Ty Guyton, business development specialist at Carver State Bank
