City of Savannah, partners to provide spaces to stay cool this weekend

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - The City of Savannah is making facilities available to help residents stay cool this weekend during hot temperatures.
All city community centers, pools, and splashpads are open as follows:
Cooling Centers: Open Sat. Noon – 5:00pm | Sun. Noon – 6:00pm
- Eastside Center – 599 Goebel Avenue
- Grant Center Gym – 1310 Richards Street (Saturday Only)
- Tompkins Center – 2333 Ogeechee Road
Splash Pads: Open 9:00am – 8:00pm
- Avondale Park – 2117 Alabama Avenue
- Ben Van Clark Park – 1202 E. Park Avenue
- Crusader Community Center – 81 Coffee Bluff Villa Road
- Forest Hills Park – 4901 Skidaway Road
- Hull Park – 55th Atlantic Avenue
- Hudson Hill Community Center – 202 W. Lathrop Avenue
- Tatemville Community Center – 333 Coleman Street
- Tompkins Community Center – 2333 Ogeechee Road
