Car chase in Evans Co. leads to seizure of multiple guns, drug charges, felony arrest
CLAXTON, Ga. (WTOC) - A car chase in Evans County resulted in a felony arrest and the seizure of multiple guns and drugs, according to a social media post from the Evans County Sheriff’s Office.

In a picture along with the post (embedded above) various types of weapons, ammunition, bags of marijuana, and at least one digital scale are visible.
“We want to thank Claxton Police, Department of Public Safety, and DNR for their assistance,” the Sheriff’s Office says.
The post also states that “Sheriff Edwards will continue to support the work of these Deputies as they are committed to a safer community.”
