Underground power vault catches fire on West Congress Street
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - The Savannah Fire Department is responding to an underground power vault incident on West Congress Street and Jefferson St.
They posted online at around 10:15 p.m. to avoid the area while crews continue to work.
