Traffic interruption in Port Wentworth set to begin Wednesday night
PORT WENTWORTH, Ga. (WTOC) - Starting Wednesday, Sept. 24, the City of Port Wentworth will begin paving operations on Crossgate Rd and Hwy 21.
The Eastbound lane will be closed from 9 p.m. – 4 a.m.
The city says the lanes will reopen September 26, 2025.
The city is encouraging drivers to plan ahead, drive safely, and follow the posted detours.
