Third suspect arrested in Pooler gas station aggravated assault case; Sheriff confirms gang links
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - On Friday, the Chatham County Sheriff’s said its Special Investigations Unit executed warrants charging Jimmie Alexander Jr., 37, with party to a crime of aggravated assault in connection with a viral aggravated assault in Pooler.
Alexander is the third person arrested in the case.

Investigators said Alexander recorded the assault on a cellphone and later shared the video on social media, where it circulated widely. Posts associated with the video remained online for an extended period.
During the investigation, authorities identified Alexander as a member of the Oak Forest Pusher, or O.F.P., gang, according to the sheriff’s office.
He was booked into the Chatham County Jail on Feb. 19 and also faces charges of aggravated assault, battery on a pregnant female and violation of a protective order.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.
