SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - There was a robbery at the Krystals on Bee Road in Savannah yesterday, October 15, 2025, police records obtained by WTOC indicate.

According to the report, around 3:30 p.m. yesterday afternoon an armed robbery was reported and a nearby Savannah Police Department officer arrived in the area “within one minute and immediately secured the scene.”

The suspect was described to the officer as “taller, possibly 5′9″ to 6′0″, and possibly a black male, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with the hood pulled up, black pants, and black shoes."

Witnesses also report seeing “a small black gun and a possible black or while plastic bag with him.”

They said the man ran out the back door, which faces Williams Street perpendicular to East Victory Drive.

According to the witnesses, “there was approximately $150 stolen because they just changed out the tills.”

The officer was also shown a phone video of the incident, and says, “an item is seen in his hand but I was unable to determine what it was.”

However, the officer report states, “Based on the way the employees reacted in the video, it would be reasonable to assume it was a firearm, as described.”

The report says that in the video, “the man is seen taking items from a till near a register.”

Forensics then arrived on the scene to “conduct their processing of the business.”

The robbery at Krystals on Bee Road is being investigated by the Savannah Police Department.

The report also states, “There have been numerous robberies within the past few days, in Savannah, and the description was similar to that of those.”

Just this week, WTOC previously reported two people in Savannah were wanted for two different armed robberies by the Savannah Police Department.
