Suspect arrested for DUI, hit-and-run on Ferguson Ave.
CHATHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) - A suspect has been arrested in connection to a hit-and-run that left one person injured.
At about 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 22, officers with the Chatham County Police Department responded to Ferguson Avenue for a hit-and-run of an e-bicyclist. The man that was hit was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Chatham County Police were able to locate a suspect involved in the accident.
52-year-old Tara Denise Collins Greenway was arrested and charged with hit and run, serious injury by motor vehicle, and DUI.
She was booked into the Chatham County Detention Center.
