Savannah man indicted in deadly ‘Flag Man’ hit-and-run
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - A Savannah man was indicted in a case involving a local bicyclist known as “The Flag Man.”
Byron Joshua Reedy has been indicted for homicide by vehicle in the first degree in connection with a deadly flag man hit-and-run.

Reedy faces two counts of homicide by vehicle in first degree, serious injury by vehicle, no proof of insurance, no tag, driving while license suspended and affixing of plate to conceal or misrepresent identity.
Reedy appeared in court for the first time in February.
