Savannah Police investigating shooting in the 1100 block of W. Bay St.
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - The Savannah Police Department is investigating a Sept. 8 shooting in the 1100 block of W. Bay St. that left one adult male injured.
Officers responded to the scene Monday at approximately 10 p.m. based on a ShotSpotter report.
Shortly after the victim arrived at Memorial Health University Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the ankle.
Investigators determined that both incidents were connected.
No arrests have been made.
The investigation is ongoing.
