Savannah Fire responds to structure fire on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. and W 33rd Street.
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Savannah Fire Department is responding to a structure fire on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. and W 33rd Street.
The fire department says just before 7:30 p.m. Friday, crews were dispatched to the fire.
As crews responded, Savannah Police Department had to close Montgomery and MLK from 31st St. to 37th St. as a result of the fire. All roadways reopened around 9:00 Friday night.

The Savannah Fire Department says crews got the flames out around 7:48pm. No one was inside the structure at the time of the fire. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
