SLED investigating Hampton County councilman
HAMPTON COUNTY, S.C. (WTOC) - The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division is investigating Hampton County Councilman Jordan Jinks.
SLED said they received a request April 2 from the Hampton County Sheriff’s Department to investigate Jinks.

SLED’s investigation is active and ongoing at this time.
WTOC reached out to Hampton County for comment, they sent us the following statement.
At this time, Hampton County does not comment on ongoing investigations. This matter is currently being handled by the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED), and any inquiries or requests for information should be directed to their agency.
