Road rage shooting in Ellabell under investigation
ELLABELL, Ga. (WTOC) - Deputies are investigating a road rage incident that ended in a shooting near the intersection of Highway 80 and Highway 280.
The Bryan County Sheriff’s Office said the incident occurred around 10 p.m. Thursday and involved two vehicles.
One person was shot and taken to the hospital.
Effingham County deputies responded to the scene, but Bryan County is the primary investigating agency.
The investigation is ongoing.
