Port Royal’s 21st annual soft-shell crab festival returns with food, music, fun
PORT ROYAL, Sc. (WTOC) - A Lowcountry favorite returns April 18 as Port Royal hosts the 21st annual Soft-Shell Crab Festival.
Local chefs and vendors will serve a range of soft-shell crab dishes and coastal favorites, alongside dozens of food and craft vendors supporting small businesses.
Live music will take the stage throughout the day, with David Laughlin performing from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., followed by Killin Quaid from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The event will also feature a classic car showcase from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and a motorcycle display by Bikers Against Bullies, a group that promotes youth support and kindness.
The festival is free and open to all ages. Organizers say whether you’re a seafood lover, music fan, or just looking for something fun to do, the event offers something for everyone.
