Pooler Police provide update after body found near Amazon Warehouse

POOLER, Ga. (WTOC) - [UPDATE 1:33 p.m.] Officials have provided more details after a dead body was found this morning near the Amazon warehouse, but not on the property, at 30 Triple B Trail in Pooler.

Police say that upon arrival, officers located a deceased woman in the sleeper cab of a tractor trailer. The investigation led police to an apartment on Godley Station Blvd., where the suspect was found also deceased.

Pooler Police and patrol officers are actively investigating this incident as a domestic murder-suicide and say there is no threat to the general public at this time.
