Missing Chatham County woman found safe
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - [UPDATE 10:30 a.m. 1/30/2026] Patty Ruiz has been located and is safe, according to the Chatham County Police Department.
[ORIGINAL STORY] The Chatham County Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating Patty Ruiz, 58, who was last seen Wednesday around 6 p.m.
Officers say she was driving her vehicle, which is a 2007 Lincoln Town Car with GA tag YDI275.
Police say Ruiz needs medication that she may not have taken since Wednesday.
Patty is described as 5′9″ weighing approximately 200 lbs.
She was last seen wearing a pink shirt and black pants.
