SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Saturday, Memorial Health held a drug take-back event at the YMCA in Pooler.
In partnership with West Chatham YMCA and the Chatham County Sheriff’s Office, they collected 178 pounds of expired and unused medications, safely removing them from the streets.
“Thank you to our community members who dropped off unused and unwanted medication for safe and proper disposal, helping us #CrushtheCrisis on prescription drug misuse.
