Long Co. Health Department, South Georgia Health System partner up for free mobile mammogram event

LONG COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) - The Long County Health Department and the South Georgia Health System are partnering up for a free mobile mammogram event Tuesday.

The mobile mammogram unit will be parked in the IGA parking lot on Hwy 84 in Ludowici.

The event will run from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Women who are at least forty years old with no insurance will receive a free exam.

Women over forty with health insurance and a mammogram order will also receive a free exam.
