LIBERTY COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) - Raven Louise Broniecki was arrested Dec. 8 by the Hinesville Police Department in connection to the death of her young son.

Broniecki was charged with involuntary manslaughter, cruelty to children, criminal negligence/causing excessive mental or physical pain, second degree and reckless conduct, according to Liberty County jail records.

Bond in the case was set at $22,300. Court records show Broniecki posted bond and that she released from custody.

Five days before her arrest, Broniecki posted a GoFundMe seeking donations after the death of her child. The fundraising page identifies the child as Keith Richard and says the family spent their funds on funeral expenses and now faces mounting bills.

“My sweet baby boy my best friend my whole world has recently passed away,” the GoFundMe reads. “I am trying to raise the funds for bills. We spent all our funds on funeral and urns and other things for our baby boy and we now are left with a hefty amount of bills and just need some help to get back on our feet. We are very stressed and heart broken. Still have 6 children to raise and we are trying our best.”

The Hinesville Police Department provided the arrest and charge information in public records.
