Liberty County deputies searching for missing Hinesville woman

LIBERTY COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) — The Liberty County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing woman last seen in Hinesville.

Investigators say 44-year-old Quintonya Chapman was last seen early Tuesday morning, Feb. 17, 2026, at the Holiday Inn – 1388 E Oglethorpe Hwy.

Chapman was wearing a black polo shirt with an Applebee’s logo, black pants and black shoes. She has long brown braids, is about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds.

Authorities are asking anyone with information about Chapman’s whereabouts to contact the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office at 912-876-2131.

Officials say tips from the public can be critical in helping locate missing persons and are urging anyone who may have seen Chapman to come forward.
