Lady’s Island Middle School breaks ground on new facility
BEAUFORT COUNTY, S.C. (WTOC) - Lady’s Island Middle School broke ground Friday on their new middle school facility.
After over 40 years, the old middle school will be replaced with a new 84,000 square foot, state of the art facility.
The building of the new school stems from security and safety designs that don’t meet today’s standards. The new facility will be able to hold up to 500 students, with room to expand for up to 800 students.
