Hwy 119 in Effingham County closed due to crash, 8-year-old injured
EFFINGHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) - A two-vehicle crash has the area of Highway 119 at Clyo-Kildare Road shut down, according to the Effingham County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Unit.
Officials say “preliminary information is that an 8-year-old was injured in the crash and is being taken to the hospital.”

Police ask for locals to please use caution if traveling through this area, as emergency crews are on scene.
Traffic is being diverted to Fair Street (northbound) and onto Clyo-Kildare (southbound).
