Hinesville man shot after days-long dispute with neighbor
HINESVILLE, Ga. (WTOC) - An ongoing argument between two neighbors on Freedom Court in Hinesville resulted in one man being transported to the hospital in Savannah for gunshot wounds this morning, September 14, 2025.
According to Hinesville Police Detective James Snider, two neighbors who had been in a dispute since Wednesday (September 10, 2025) ended that argument with gunfire today around 10:00 a.m.
Snider said one neighbor fired shots, striking the other neighbor an undetermined number of times.
The wounded man was transported by ambulance to the hospital, where his condition is unknown.
The alleged shooter is currently being interviewed by detectives at the Hinesville Police department.
