EFFINGHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) - [UPDATE 1:06 p.m.] Highway 21 NB is back open following a crash, according to Effingham County Fire-Rescue.
[ORIGINAL STORY] Northbound Highway 21 in front of Clarence Morgan Complex (1750 Hwy 21 S) is closed due to a crash, according to Effingham County Fire-Rescue.
Fire and rescue officials advise motorists to use alternate routes. They say southbound traffic is open but slow.
