Drugs, handgun, and multiple vehicles seized by JCSO Narcotics team
RIDGELAND, S.C. (WTOC) - On October 16, 2025, the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Enforcement Team executed a search warrant in Ridgeland which led to the seizure of multiple types of drugs, one firearm, and three vehicles, according to a press release.
The search warrant was executed at 8698 South Jacob Smart Boulevard in Ridgeland, SC, “as part of a narcotics trafficking investigation involving Travis ‘Funk’ Graham,” the release states.
Officials say the operation was supported by the Jasper County and Hardeeville Tactical Response Teams, the Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division, and the Chatham County Sheriff’s Office.
The search warrant resulted in the seizure of the following items:
- 300 grams of cocaine
- 14 grams of crack cocaine
- 889 grams of marijuana
- drug paraphernalia
- a Ruger 5.7 handgun
- ammunition
- three vehicles
Graham was not at the residence during the search, officials say.
On October 21, 2025, the Effingham County Sheriff’s Office located Graham during a traffic stop in Rincon.

Officials say he was taken into custody without incident and remains in the Effingham County Detention Center awaiting extradition to Jasper County.
Graham’s charges include:
- Trafficking cocaine
- Trafficking crack cocaine
- Possession with intent to distribute marijuana
- Possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime
- Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon
