SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) -A new reading program is turning pages into prizes for kids across the Coastal Empire.

Disney On Ice has partnered with select Georgia public libraries to launch a children’s reading initiative that rewards young readers with a complimentary ticket to see “Mickey’s Search Party” at Enmarket Arena. Mickey will visit the Enmarket Arena from April 2 through April 5, and tickets can be purchased online through Ticketmaster or in person at the venue’s box office.

Children who read five or more books can receive one free ticket when a parent or guardian purchases an adult ticket. The program is available now, and vouchers can be redeemed through April 5.

Families can visit a participating public library to pick up a Disney On Ice Reward Club Card with full program details.

After completing the reading goal, the card can be taken to the Enmarket Arena box office to claim the ticket.

  • Thursday, April 2 at 6 p.m.
  • Friday, April 3 at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
  • Sunday, April 5 at 2 p.m.
