A coastal trough continues through Tuesday morning. This will keep a slight chance for showers moving in from the Atlantic. More clouds Monday with highs in the mid 80s. More sun Tuesday with highs in the mid to upper 80s. We have First Alert WX Days Monday through Wednesday due to the elevated tides. Coastal flooding begins around 9.5′. We’ll see tides up to 10.1′ by Wednesday. A cold front moves in by Thursday morning with a slight increase in rain chances. It will bring in much cooler and drier air for the weekend. Highs in the mid to upper 70s with inland lows in the 50s. Low pressure may develop off the southeast coast. Right now computer models keep it far enough away to have little impacts but we’ll be watching.

Wednesday will be partly to mostly cloudy with a 20% chance for showers and storms, highs in the mid to upper 80s.

Wednesday night will be mostly cloudy with a 30% chance for showers and storms, lows in the upper 60s.

Thursday will be mostly cloudy with a 30% chance for showers and storms, highs in the upper 70s.

Thursday night will be partly cloudy with a 10% chance for showers, lows in the low 60s.

Friday will be mostly cloudy with a 20% chance for showers and storms, highs in the mid 70s.

Friday night will be partly cloudy with a 10% chance for showers, lows in the low 60s.

Saturday will be partly cloudy with a 10% chance for showers and storms, highs in the upper 70s.

Coastal Waters Forecast: SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY in effect until Tuesday afternoon. Monday: E winds at 15-20 kt. Seas: 5-7 ft. Tuesday: E winds at 15-20 kt. Seas: 6-7 ft subsiding to 4-6 ft in the afternoon.

Tropical Weather Outlook: A broad area of low pressure located several hundred miles southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands is producing disorganized showers and storms. There is 70% chance for tropical development as the system approaches the Leeward Islands later this week.
