High pressure continues to build in today. Trick or Treating will be cool and dry with temps falling into the 50s by 8pm. The weekend starts dry with sunshine Saturday and an increasing clouds Sunday. Temps warm up around 70. Our average high temp is about 75. Low pressure is forecast to develop off the coast late Sunday into Monday. Most computer models keep us pretty dry. We’ll keep a slight chance in right now and continue to update as we get closer. The low pulls away and high pressure returns briefly Monday. We’ll see two dry cold fronts, the first Tuesday and the second Thursday. We’ll see more sun and dry conditions the rest of the week with lows near 50 and highs in the low to mid 70s.
