Crews fighting ‘significant’ brush fire in Long County
GLENNVILLE, Ga. (WTOC) [UPDATE 4:15 p.m.] - Crews have been able to get a brush fire near GA Hwy 196 under control.
The Long County Fire Department says crews remain on scene, and drivers are urged to exercise caution in the area.

Firefighters with the Long County Fire Department are on scene working to contain the flames.
First responders are urging drivers to be careful in the area, and remain alert for any emergency vehicles and crews working the scene.
