Crash that closed all NB lanes on I-95 near 21 cleared ahead of schedule

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - [UPDATE 5:07 p.m. 9/24/2025] The crash on I-95 NB near 21 has been cleared and traffic resuming its normal flow.

Please be cautious and exercise care while driving in the area.

[ORIGINAL STORY] A crash on I-95 Northbound before SR 21/Augusta Road has closed all lanes of traffic.

The Georgia Department of Transportation says the anticipated end time for this crash is currently 6:15 p.m.

Traffic on 95 has backed up past Jimmy Deloach and Pooler Parkway, nearly reaching Louisville Road.

From a live camera feed provided by GDOT, it appears that a single lane of cars are currently being directed around the accident on the right-hand shoulder.
