Chatham County selects new elections supervisor

CHATHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) - The Chatham County Board of Elections selected Brook Schreiner as the new Elections Supervisor on Monday, December 22, 2025, according to a media release.

Schreiner will lead elections operations in Chatham County starting February 2, 2026.

She previously served as Director of Elections and Registration for Butts County for five years. Before that, she worked with Henry County Elections and Voter Registration from 2011 to 2021 as an Elections Supervisor.

Experience and qualifications

Schreiner is a Georgia Elections Official-certified professional and is active in the Georgia Association of Voter Registration and Elections Officials. She graduated from Henry County High School.

I am honored to serve Chatham County as the Elections Director.

My primary goal is to ensure every eligible voter has full confidence in the integrity and accessibility of our election process.

I look forward to working closely with the Board and the dedicated staff to uphold transparency and professionalism in all our operations as we prepare for the upcoming election cycle.

Chatham County Board of Elections Chairman Tom Mahoney said Schreiner brings extensive experience in Georgia elections.
