Chatham County police searching for person linked to financial card fraud investigation

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Chatham County police are asking for the public’s help identifying a person connected to a financial card fraud investigation.

According to the Chatham County Police Department, the incident happened Feb. 17 at a business located at 1955 East Montgomery Crossroads.

Investigators say the person pictured in a security camera image may have information related to the case.

Police have not released additional details about the fraudulent transaction.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Chatham County Police Department.

Anonymous tips can be submitted through the Chatham County Police Department app, its online tip form, or by calling Crime Stoppers at 912-234-2020, where tipsters remain anonymous and may qualify for a cash reward.
