Chatham County man arrested in connection with stalking, attempted kidnapping

CHATHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) - The Chatham County Sheriff’s Office has arrested 50-year-old Horatio Reynolds in connection with an ongoing stalking and attempted kidnapping investigation at the View Apartments.

Reynolds, identified as the third suspect in the case, faces charges of Stalking, Criminal Trespass, and Loitering and Prowling.

During the arrest, investigators recovered binoculars and video recording equipment from Reynolds’ vehicle, which are now being processed as part of the investigation.

Sheriff Richard S. Coleman praised the swift response of law enforcement, stating, “The safety of our residents is our top priority. I commend our Investigations Unit and K-9 Unit for their swift and coordinated efforts in apprehending this suspect. We will continue to pursue every lead and hold those responsible accountable as we work to protect our community.”
