Chatham County Sheriff’s Office hosts drug take back event
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - The Chatham County Sheriff’s Office hosted their prescription drug take back event.
Earlier Monday residents had the chance to drop off medications at the Frank Murray Community Center in Savannah.
Sheriff Coleman and deputies were there to safely dispose of the medications.
The sheriff’s office say this event gives the community an anonymous way to remove harmful drugs from the home.
