Car fire closes EB lanes of DeRenne Ave.
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - [UPDATE 5:42 p.m.] GDOT cameras show that traffic on DeRenne Ave. appears to have returned to normal flow.
[ORIGINAL STORY] All eastbound lanes of DeRenne Ave. are currently closed about a block-and-a-half west of Bull Street/White Bluff Road.
Traffic is backed up on DeRenne near where it turns into 516 all the way to Veterans Parkway.
Locals and travelers should avoid the area if possible and expect delays.
