Car crashes into Savannah home; Driver rescued by firefighters
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Emergency crews responded Tuesday afternoon to a vehicle crash involving a home on Mills B Lane.
According to the Savannah Fire Department, crews were dispatched at approximately 3:57 p.m. to the 1400 block of Mills B Lane Boulevard following reports of a crash with entrapment.
Firefighters worked to remove the driver from the vehicle after it crashed into a home.
Once freed, the driver was taken by EMS to a local hospital for medical treatment. Officials have not released the condition of the driver.
The occupants of the home were not injured, authorities said.
