According to a press release by the Brunswick DA’s office, Glynn County police officers responded to a sex offense call at the Glynn Mobile Home Park on Feb. 12, 2025.
During their investigation, officers learned that Lozada befriended a family with two underage daughters living nearby. Police said between Dec. 2024 and Feb. 2025, Lozada invited the girls into his home and undressed in front of them multiple times. Police said Lozada also gave the girls a cell phone with nude photos and videos of himself, and forced the girls to undress and took multiple photos of them.

Lozada entered an open plea in the Glynn County Superior Court and was sentenced to a total of 60 years, with 40 years to serve behind bars in the Department of Corrections.
The Brunswick District Attorney’s Office thanked the Glynn County Police Department for their work on the case.
