Braves launch all-talent search with Opening Day performance on the line

ATLANTA, Ga. (WTOC) - The Atlanta Braves are launching a new opportunity for performers across the region to take center stage.

The team announced the Braves Country Talent Search, a first-of-its-kind contest inviting entertainers of all ages and skill levels to compete for a chance to perform at The Battery Atlanta on Opening Day 2027.

Submissions are now open through Braves.com/Talent, with no professional production required. Organizers say the goal is to discover talent from across Braves Country, whether seasoned performers or those just getting started.

Eligible acts include singers, dancers, musicians, comedians, magicians, cirque performers, and more. Minors under 18 must have a parent or guardian submit on their behalf.

Selected finalists will perform live before Braves home games throughout the 2026 season, giving fans a chance to see the competition unfold in person. A panel of celebrity judges will select winners from each performance date.

Those winners will advance to a championship show scheduled for September 12, 2026, where one act will be crowned the overall winner. That performer will earn the opportunity to take the stage on Opening Day 2027 at The Battery Atlanta.

Officials say additional details, including performance timing and locations, will be shared directly with selected contestants.
