Bluffton Police locate missing 3-year-old

BLUFFTON, S.C. (WTOC) - [Update as of 3/30/2026 at 8:57 p.m.] Bluffton Police say that 3-year-old Karter Campbell was found and safely located.

The Bluffton Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing child reported earlier Monday evening.

According to authorities, 3-year-old Karter Campbell was reported missing from Oscar Frazier Park just before 7:00 p.m. Officials say Karter was last seen wearing a light-colored Paw Patrol T-shirt.

Community members in Bluffton Park and surrounding areas are urged to remain vigilant.

Anyone who sees Karter or has information about his whereabouts is asked to contact the Beaufort County Communications Center immediately at (843) 524-2777.

Authorities are encouraging residents to share this information to help bring Karter home safely.
