Beaufort County deputies investigate shots fired at Lady’s Island apartment complex

LADY’S ISLAND, S.C. (WTOC) - The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after shots were fired at an apartment complex on Lady’s Island Monday night.

In a media release, the Sheriff’s Office says that shortly after 7:00 p.m. on December 23, 2025, its office communications center received reports of shots fired in the area of Colony Gardens Rd. at Harbor One Apartments.

When deputies arrived, they found an apartment that had been struck by gunfire. There were no reported injuries.

The case is still under investigation. Anyone with information about the incident is encouraged to contact the lead investigator, Sergeant Mihiylov, at 843-255-3440.
